Tom and Tara at VW-T were super helpful right from sourcing a suitable T6, working with me to decide the most suitable conversion options for my needs – including options I wanted not on their standard list. They answered all my questions about other equipment I was sourcing for the van. I visited this morning after calling Tom yesterday as I had some wiring issues from the original conversion (completed elsewhere). A USB port didn't work and there was some odd wiring with a companion light in the living area which meant that, annoyingly, it wouldn't go off. VW-T were the 3rd company I had taken the van to, to sort this and I expected to be met with chin scratching, sharp intakes of breath and the promise of 4 hours or more labour at undetermined cost as the other companies did. Along with elaborate and costly solutions. That's if they even bothered to get back to me, which the other companies hadn't done. This has been rumbling on for 5 months. I turned up and Tom was really positive. He did the job there and then which was totally unexpected and charged me less than a meal out would have cost. In addition he was the first converter that didn't comment negatively on the converstion because it had been done by another company. Most companies don't seem interested in the small jobs. Certainly going back when I need my diesel heater installing and any other work that needs doing. Tom did install a multirail for me in May which was great. Top service. Thank you so much Tom.
